constellation cards

I had ordered a set of constellation cards from the National Research Council for each student quite awhile ago and they arrived last week. I was waiting for a good time to give them out to the students.

I told them how on the long weekend I was out in our backyard with my family having a little marshmallow roast and we looked up to the clear night sky and saw so many stars. I reminded them to keep their eyes on the night sky this spring.

The students each chose one of the constellations and drew a star map of it and took a few notes from the information on the back of the card.

I would definitely order these again.
