It was a full and amazing long weekend. Full of family (and soccer) and amazing autumn weather - so sunny and warm! So on this special weekend of gratitude, appreciation and thanks, I thank this long weekend and what it gave to me...
10 family members at Thanksgiving dinner at my parents' home,
9 photographs taken of autumnal colour,
8 cups of quince chopped and poached,
7 baking projects,
6 of us out for dinner to celebrate Grandpa's 80th birthday!
5 hours of Minecraft played (okay, it might have been more than that...it was a holiday long weekend!)
4 soccer games (2 without any subs, oh my!)
3 french hens,
2 long walks in the amazing sunshine with a good friend,
and 1 hockey game!
