Our love with local strawberries continue. Neil froze a big batch and those have already disappeared so today I bought a flat of strawberries - some to freeze, some to bake with and some to eat fresh. This recipe for strawberry crumbles was another Pinterest find. I liked that it used wholewheat flour and used maple syrup as a sweetener. When I saw these little ramekins at the store for 70cents each, this evening's dessert was decided.
