We are all fans of lemon meringue pie around here so when I saw a recipe for lemon meringue dessert on Pinterest, I pinned it right away and actually printed the recipe so I wouldn't forget about it. This afternoon I made it for dessert and it is so light and lovely. I think next time, I'll double the lemon filling and the boys thought some berries on top would make it perfect.

I made this dessert last night for friends and family and it was a hit! I doubled the lemon filling as you suggested and it was perfect. I would definitely make this again. Thanks for sharing!
