the joy of hockey

Adam had the first of three games in a row on Thursday evening. He was so excited to play games Thursday, Friday and Saturday. He truly loves hockey and finds great joy in it. I remember asking him once about his favourite things about hockey and one thing stood out for me. Adam described the moment when you first step on to the ice and how he is overcome with exhiliraton.

I am so happy for him that he has found one of hopefully many joys in his life.
